PRE- PUBLIC OFFER OR PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Processing of application forms
Generating all reports required for preparing the basis of allotment.
Handling of reconciliations.
Upon approval of the basis of allotment by the Securities & Exchange Commission
Set up register of successful applicants.
Issue certificates and credit Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) accounts of successful applicants.
Process return money for rejected applications.
Print and dispatch return money warrants, process e-credit of return monies for rejected/un-allotted applications.

POST PUBLIC OFFER OR PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Maintain shareholders register in accordance with Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations.
Prepare and dispatch interest/dividend warrants to shareholders, process e-dividend payments and remit Withholding taxes to tax authorities.
Prepare and file statutory reports with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Securities & Exchange Commission and other regulatory authorities.
