PRE- PUBLIC OFFER OR PRIVATE PLACEMENT

  • Generating all reports required for preparing the basis of allotment.

  • Upon approval of the basis of allotment by the Securities & Exchange Commission
  • Set up register of successful applicants.
  • Issue certificates and credit Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) accounts of successful applicants.
  • Process return money for rejected applications.
  • Print and dispatch return money warrants, process e-credit of return monies for rejected/un-allotted applications.

POST PUBLIC OFFER OR PRIVATE PLACEMENT

  • Maintain shareholders register in accordance with Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and dispatch interest/dividend warrants to shareholders, process e-dividend payments and remit Withholding taxes to tax authorities.
