Prisca is a graduate of Michael Okpara College of Agriculture Imo State. She holds Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Federal University of Technology Akure.
She started her carrier with Bauchi Meat Factory Limited as Assistant Veterinary /Procurement Officer. She later got employed by Centre-Point Securities Ltd (Registrars Dept.) now Unity Registrars as Front office Operations/CSCS liaison officer Verification and Customer Service Officer before joining United Securities Ltd where she worked as Back Office Operations/Signature Verification Officer. She joined EDC Registrars Ltd as Head, Business Development & Relationship Management. Prior to that, she worked with EDC Securities Ltd as Acting Registrar/ Head, Operations and Customer Services.
She has over 15 years’ experience in Share Registration. She has attended several trainings including Relationship Management both local and international. She is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission and an Associate Member of Institute of Capital Market Registrars.
Currently she is the Managing Director/Registrar of EDC Registrars Ltd.
Olumide commenced his professional and banking career as an account officer at Legacy Oceanic Registrars in 2007 and was later promoted to head of accounts & Finance in 2009. The position he occupied until the acquisition by Ecobank Transnational Incorporation based in Lome, Togo. In 2013, his portfolio was also elevated to act as Head of Finance of additional ETI Subsidiary EDC Fund Management limited as well as EDC Custody Limited. He is a graduate of Accountancy at the University of Benin, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Mgt. of Nigeria. His experience has contributed immensely to the growth of the company and Ecobank Development Group at large. Currently he is the Chief Finance Officer responsible for the investment portfolio and the financial reporting of EDC Registrars Limited.
He attended various professional and technical trainings during the course of his career which have contributed to his success story which ranges from Strategic Planning and Budgeting Control, IFRS Academy- Deloitte.
Femi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. He commenced his banking career at United Bank for Africa Plc in 2001 as a teller of the bank till 2002, where he moved to Syntax Solution Nig Ltd as Technical Officer in August 2002, then, moved to Baseg Venture Int’l as system Engineer in September 2002. He joined Meristem Registrars Ltd as the I.T personnel in June 2006, before he moved to Oceanic Registrars Ltd (now EDC Registrars) in July, 2009.
