Management Team

  • Mrs. Prisca Enwe

    Managing Director

    Prisca is a graduate of Michael Okpara College of Agriculture Imo State. She holds Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Federal University of Technology Akure.

    She started her carrier with Bauchi Meat Factory Limited as Assistant Veterinary /Procurement Officer. She later got employed by Centre-Point Securities Ltd (Registrars Dept.) now Unity Registrars as Front office Operations/CSCS liaison officer Verification and Customer Service Officer before joining United Securities Ltd where she worked as Back Office Operations/Signature Verification Officer. She joined EDC Registrars Ltd as Head, Business Development & Relationship Management. Prior to that, she worked with EDC Securities Ltd as Acting Registrar/ Head, Operations and Customer Services.

    She has over 15 years’ experience in Share Registration. She has attended several trainings including Relationship Management both local and international. She is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission and an Associate Member of Institute of Capital Market Registrars.

    Currently she is the Managing Director/Registrar of EDC Registrars Ltd.

  • Mr. Adewale Adeoye

    Head, Internal Control and Compliance

    Adewale is a graduate of Mathematics and holds a Higher Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. In addition, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. He began his professional career in 2009 as an Assistant Consultant at Mildees Consulting, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in accounting and audit-related functions. This role provided him with a strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and advisory services. In his quest for broader exposure and professional growth, he later joined Oceanic Registrars (EDC Registrars Ltd), where he served as an Accounting Officer. During his time at the organization, he worked across several key departments, including Verification, Front Office, and Reconciliation, thereby deepening his understanding of Registrars operations, client service processes, and internal controls. He has since progressed to the role of Head of Compliance, where he also functions in a dual capacity as Assistant to the Chief Finance Officer. In this position, he is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal control systems, and supporting the CFO in strategic financial management and reporting.

  • Mr. Olumide Olumorokun

    Chief Finance Officer

    Olumide commenced his professional and banking career as an account officer at Legacy Oceanic Registrars in 2007 and was later promoted to head of accounts & Finance in 2009. The position he occupied until the acquisition by Ecobank Transnational Incorporation based in Lome, Togo. In 2013, his portfolio was also elevated to act as Head of Finance of additional ETI Subsidiary EDC Fund Management limited as well as EDC Custody Limited. He is a graduate of Accountancy at the University of Benin, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Mgt. of Nigeria. His experience has contributed immensely to the growth of the company and Ecobank Development Group at large. Currently he is the Chief Finance Officer responsible for the investment portfolio and the financial reporting of EDC Registrars Limited.

    He attended various professional and technical trainings during the course of his career which have contributed to his success story which ranges from Strategic Planning and Budgeting Control, IFRS Academy- Deloitte.

  • Mr. Joseph Akpojaro

    Head, Information Technology

    Jospeh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Mathematics from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. He commenced his IT career at City Securities Registrars Limited in 2010 as an IT support staff of the company till September 2012, where he moved to Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School as the Head of IT Department in October 2012 till June 2026, Based on his passion for information technology, he has obtained several professional qualifications in Cyber security, Computer networking, data analysis, database administration and management and so others.
