  • Alhaji Sheriff Mojirola Yussuf

    Chairman

    Sheriff Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1983; thereafter he gained a Masters in Finance from the University of Lagos.

    He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a Member of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria.

    After several years of work experience, Sheriff retired meritoriously in 2008 as an Executive Director from Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank Plc).

    He has held various board appointments in the following companies - Associated Discount House Limited; Gateway Bank Plc and Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria. He is currently serving as Chairman on the Boards of Toptech Engineering Limited and Tafsan Tours and Travels Limited as well as a Director in John Holt PLC. He is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Modesty Capital Limited. He joined the Board of John Holt Plc in November 2013.

  • Mr. Oladosu Kamarudeen Kareem

    Director

    Oladosu attended the Commonwealth College of Commerce, Jos; holds an HND in Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero University Kano, (1999), attended the prestigious Lagos Business School (Senior Manager Programme) in 2005, the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) Advanced Management Program, July 2010 and Harvard Business School (Executive Education) -Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, July 2011.

    He worked in the Corporate Banking Division & Branch Management in Liberty Merchant Bank Limited, before resigning to take up appointment with Equity Bank Of Nigeria Limited as branch manager Kano in 1997 .He was transferred to the head office in 2000 as Bank Treasurer and later in 2003, as the General Manager/CEO of EBN Securities Limited (a subsidiary of defunct Equity Bank of Nigeria Ltd) before its merger with Intercontinental Bank Plc. He was transferred to the Bank's head office after the merger in 2005.

    He last assignment at Intercontinental Bank Plc was as Head, Securities Dealing Services (SDS). He resigned in 2007 to take up appointment as Managing Director/CEO of Equity Capital Solutions Limited, a member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

    He has attended several local and international courses and seminars in areas such as Risk Management, Accounting, Investment, Management, Corporate Banking, Relationship Management and many others.

    He was a member of the Finance Committee of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), (2009-2014), Board member, Corporate Finance Management Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) (2008-2014).

    He is the Chairman of Focal Point Travels Limited; Director MTI Plc (Nigeria and Ghana); Director, Focal Point Bureau De Change Ltd and Chairman, Three Points Industries Limited.

    His professional qualifications include:

  • Engr. Asamu Olanrewaju Isiaq

    Director

    Lanre is an astute engineer and a real estate mogul with over thirty years’ experience.

    He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from University of Ibadan who began his outstanding career with Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited as Assistant Manager before moving to John Holt Plc in 1989.

    He joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in 1993 as Deputy General Manager and rose to become the Managing Director/CEO of Intercontinental Properties Limited, a subsidiary of the bank, a position he held till his retirement in 2011 to become Chairman/CEO of Access-Links Property Company Limited.

    Among his great achievements are development of 1st Glycerin Manufacturing plant in Nigeria at A & T Chemical Industries Ltd., Ijebu Ode and development of more than 20 different Housing Estates both under Intercontinental Properties Limited and Access-Links Property Company Limited.

    He is a member of the revered Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN).

    He has attended various leadership trainings both locally and internationally among which are Senior Management Program (Lagos Business School), Real Estate Management Program (Harvard Business School), Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneur scheme (London Management Centre) and Housing Finance and Mortgage in Emerging Economies (Housing Advocacy Institute, London). He is a Director on the Board of Lantai Brothers Bureau De Change Limited, Director, Access-Links Property Company Limited, Chairman, The Selected Preparatory Career College, Chairman, Access-Links Agricultural Company Limited and Founder/Mentor, Asamu Care Foundation.

  • Mr. Segun Ogunnoiki

    Director

    Segun commenced his banking career at First Bank of Nig. Plc and worked in various Branches/Departments of the bank until 1995 when he was moved to the Registrars department. The department later became a full-fledged subsidiary of First Bank in October 2000 and because of his wealth of experience in share registration, he was retained in First Registrars Nigeria Limited as the Deputy Registrar/Head of Operations.

    He became Managing Director/Registrar of Oceanic Registrars Ltd (now EDC Registrars Limited) in 2005, the position he occupied till 2019.

    He is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos and an Associate Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrar (ICMR). He has attended various courses in Share Registration and Administration both locally and internationally.

    He is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission and an Associate member of Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR)

  • Mrs. Abiola Macaulay

    Independent Director

    Abiola is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a talented and adept Capital Market operator with over 20 years cognate working experience in the Advisory, Restructuring and Capital Market matters.

    She has led numerous project teams advising either the Nigeria Government or Corporate Institutions on major financial transactions. She is primarily responsible for the group’s Capital Market’s activities. In this capacity, she has managed numerous diverse transactions, Small Medium and Enterprise (SME) business, and mergers & acquisitions amongst which are setting up, monitoring and evaluation of the SMEIS programs, divestment Access Subsidiaries, Access Bank /Intercontinental Acquisitions and Merger, Wema Takeover, First Inland Bank merger, privatization of African Petroleum, packaging of Crusader Insurance, packaging of A-Z Mutual Funds, Intercontinental Bank Plc merger and public offer etc.

    She fully understands the dynamics of professional Financial Advisory, due diligence processes and other coordination issues peculiar to corporate finance and privatization.

    She has attended several local and foreign courses among which are Marketing Financial Services by Lagos Business School, Integrated Financial Management School by Euro-money South Africa and Private Wealth, Portfolio Management by Euro-money, London and International Housing Finance Program, Wharton University of Pennsylvania, USA
